Paintball is an excellent tool for team building, leadership, communication skills, planning, decision making and effective use of resources. Paintball is a TEAM game. Winning is everything and an efficient co-ordinated team (acting in unison) will ultimately have everything.
Example game at Sidcup:
Capture the Flag - The briefing for this game is simple. The opposing team have a flag hanging in their base and your team need to capture it and return the flag to the safety of your own camp. This is where you need to figure out a plan of attack which will not only enable you to capture the objective, but at the same time prevent the enemy from capturing your own flag. This game is normally the first task of the day, simple to understand and giving everyone the opportunity to get used to the equipment and guns and probably experience coming under fire for the first time.
Example game at Hull:
Assassinate The President - Each team has a president to protect and has to assassinate the opposing team leader. Plan your tactics well.
Example game at Elsham:
Fort - Imagine the adrenaline rush, as your team search for the enemy fort, hidden deep within the woods. You only have 12 minutes to capture the complex before the enemy can escape to freedom.
Example game at Wakefield:
Log Run - Can you get the log through a vicious ambush? The team will have to haul and strain to move the vital log to build the bridge, whilst under attack from local terrorists. Can you create the teamwork to succeed?
